By using Pálpito, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pálpito. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that prediction market trading is legal in your jurisdiction.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. Pálpito is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Trading Rules

All trades are final once matched on the order book. Market resolution follows the criteria specified in each market's description. Pálpito uses automated oracles for resolution, with manual arbitration as a fallback in case of disputes.

Risk Disclosure

Trading on prediction markets involves risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

Termination

Pálpito reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or circumvent platform rules.
